PSSAS BY NELL

In third grade you do PSSAS they are 6 tests you take over two weeks. They are easy but take a long time to complet. When you do PSSAS you get to chew gum or suck on mints. If you do PSSAS just for the gum chewing you will get a bad score on the tests and it is for the entire state of Pennsylviana  so i sugest you do your best on the tests. After the tests if you did good and worked hard you get to have fun after. like one time we had a dance party and danced crazy dances! If you get a answer worng don't worry its like if you get a answer worng you can't have any fun so relax when taking the tests!  You don't get the resolts back in till like 4 grade but it is worth it can't wait to get my scores back!

SCIENCE!!!!!!!! By Nell

I an in third grade and in science we are learning about Habitats. On Monday we will be doing a experment but it takes a lot of setting up. We are not starting with habitats but with  aminal  characteristics. It is really fun learning about  bird beaks and feet! That is only backround knolge we are just getting started on the fun stuff! Soon we will be disecting owl pellets witch is owl throw up! yuck and coooool! cant wait to learn more! see you soon!

Gym!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By Angelo

 Today we have gym:)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everybody in 3N loves gym. Every single time we go to gym  everybody hopes we play Shipwreck. Shipwreck is really really fun. We have all the gym mats on the floor but their are gaps so you can see the tile and there are scooters and jumpropes are what you use to get across with the scooter. The person on the other mat has one part of the jumprope in their hand and the person on the scooter has the other end in their hand so the person  on the mat pulls them over but if you touch the tile you have to go back to the first mat. I love gym.

Gym is the best encore ever!!! You get to play pinock down & gaga ball it reminds us of each other as as baby saying "gaga" but we don't stand a chance against mr.D. He's really strong and when we were playing doge ball he through the ball to Wills foot and it really hurt and he fell down to the ground. Then we played gaga ball and mr d  got Jimmy about 20 times and he had to do 100 jumping jacks in  total. It felt like we were in a gym working out  because the pain from mr. D. so turns out gym hurts in a fun way.

We are reading because of Winn Dixie.Everyday we read 2 chapters per day.Sense there are no chapter names we make up ones that match the chapter.On moodle we have discussion questions for each chapter.We have to do 1 per week.If we do more than 1 we have exceeded!

If you don't know about fairness this blog will help you. Fairness is like this when you share the Soccer ball. And unfairness is like when there is 22 kids and you brought in 20 cookies. And  fairness is when every one gets what they need like my  big sister needs spacers.
